Just realized I’ve been wearing two different socks all day. Not even close colors. A striped one and a polka-dotted one. Whoops.

Just got back from the park. Saw a kid trying to fly a kite, but it kept nose-diving into the duck pond. The look on his face! Almost made me offer to help, but then I remembered my own kite-flying track record. Probably for the best. Still smiling about it.

OMG @Liam, that video of your cat trying to catch the laser pointer through the fish tank had me cackling. I swear, they never learn. Mine still attacks his reflection in the oven door. Every. Single. Time. Thinking of trying to teach him to play fetch tonight. Wish me luck. I've got a feeling it's going to involve a lot of running in circles and zero fetching.
