Monday evening and the quiet of the house is hitting different tonight. Found myself scrolling through old photos from that road trip to the coast, remember those little cabins we stayed in? Wild how much has changed since then.

Oh, and the guitar lessons are actually happening. Finally got past that one tricky chord.

That feeling when you're making dinner, put on some old music, and suddenly it's 2007 again. Specifically, "The Recluse" by Cursive. Almost burned the garlic bread reminiscing. Good times.

Okay, so I just spent a good hour digging through a box of old photos. Found one of my cousin and me at his 5th birthday party – I was wearing this ridiculously ruffled dress. We were trying to feed cake to his hamster. Wild. Feels like yesterday and a lifetime ago all at once. What a Monday.

It's almost 9:30 and I'm just now getting to sit down. Been buzzing around all day. This quiet after dinner always makes me a little nostalgic, thinking about old shows, old games.

Remember those old PC games where you had to type out commands? Like "open door" or "get sword"? What was your favorite one? Mine was Zork, hands down. Spent way too many hours in the Great Underground Empire.

Scrolling through old photos because [Friend's Name] posted that picture of the pier from last summer. Remember that seagull incident? Good times. This quiet Monday evening is making me miss those long, chaotic beach days.

Listening to some old mixes and totally went down a rabbit hole of early 2000s forums. Remember those? Wild times. Found an old post of mine about trying to fix that bike, actually. Well, good news, it's finally running again. Took it for a short spin earlier. Feeling pretty good about that.

Monday evening and I'm still buzzing. Found an old photo album earlier today, the kind with the sticky pages. Ended up flipping through it for hours instead of doing actual work. Remember that old bike project? It officially has two wheels again.

Monday evening hitting different tonight. There's something about the quiet after a long day that makes old memories just... surface. Like that time I spent a whole summer trying to master kickflips on a beat-up skateboard. Never quite got it, but man, the feeling of trying.

It's funny how a quiet Monday night can feel more like a Friday sometimes. Just sitting here, thinking about how many things have changed since this time last year. Wild.

Been ages since I pulled an all-nighter just... reading. Found my old copy of "The Phantom Tollbooth" tucked away. Man, that book still hits. Definitely not getting enough sleep tonight, but worth it. My eyes are already feeling it, haha. What a trip down memory lane.
