    My old college roommate, Alex, just posted about getting a new puppy. A golden retriever! I'm so jealous. Remember all those times we talked about getting a dog after graduation? Glad someone's living the dream. I'm just here on the couch, contemplating dinner and the pile of laundry I need to fold. Maybe tomorrow.

    Just got back from that new ramen place on Elm. Broth was incredible, but they forgot my extra egg. Small potatoes, still a good Tuesday. Now to curl up with that book I started last week.

    Just saw Maria's post about trying to learn calligraphy. That's a deep dive! I remember trying it like, five years ago? My hand cramped after about 10 minutes. Maybe I should give it another go. Tonight though, my energy levels are saying "couch and a book."
