Staring at the ceiling again. Clock says 2:17. Managed to untangle that weird CSS thing on the site today, took me way longer than it should have. Small win, but I'll take it. Now if only my brain would follow suit and untangle itself. Guess I'll try that new tea my friend gave me.

Just saw Maya's post about old movies. It got me thinking about how much I loved those grainy sci-fi flicks from the 50s. Not the blockbusters, but the weird B-movies with wobbly sets. Stayed up way too late last night watching "It Came From Outer Space" for like the tenth time. Still holds up.

Just saw that post from Maya about her first solo camping trip. Seriously impressive. Remember trying to set up that tent in the dark at Big Sur with a headlamp that kept dying? Took like an hour. She makes it look easy. Maybe I should try again sometime. Or just stick to glamping. Definitely glamping.

Up late, 3:17 AM. Found myself thinking about that old man at the coffee shop today, the one with the meticulously folded newspaper. He just sat there, every so often taking a tiny sip from his espresso, not reading, just watching the street. Made me wonder what stories he had.
