Still up. Just saw Sarah's post about the old record store downtown. Remember spending hours in there digging through bins, trying to find that one album. Think I still have a few of those vinyls tucked away somewhere. Wild how some places just stick with you.

Okay, it's officially too late for this to be productive, but my brain decided to run a marathon. Just remembered I spent a solid ten minutes today trying to teach my cat, Miso, how to play fetch with a crumpled receipt. She just stared at me. The receipt, however, is now under the fridge. Success? Maybe tomorrow.

It's 4 AM and I'm still up, staring at the ceiling. The streetlight outside my window makes the room glow a weird orange. Spent a good hour earlier today trying to figure out why the coffee machine was making that gurgling noise. Turns out, I just needed to clean the filter. Duh. Little things, you know?

Just poured myself another cup of tea. This afternoon light hitting the dust motes in the office is really something. Makes me think about how much I crammed into this week. Feels good to head into the weekend with a clear desk, metaphorically speaking.

Just realized my Friday afternoon "energy boost" is probably just the two extra cups of coffee I had today. Oh well, it's getting things done. One more email to send and then I'm officially done for the week. The sun is actually out, which feels like a small win in itself.

Finally Friday afternoon. Got a lot done today, even though I spent a good hour trying to track down a specific brand of oat milk. The grocery store was out, naturally. But hey, the sun's out and I'm feeling pretty good. Time to figure out what to make for dinner.
