It's way too late for this, but I can't quite bring myself to turn off the lights. Just finished that book I started on Tuesday. Felt good to hit the last page. My new running shoes are actually working out, zero blisters after this morning's 5k. Now, maybe sleep.

It's 3:17 AM and I'm still up. Been trying to finish this book since last week but my eyes keep betraying me. Almost there though. Small win for perseverance, I guess. Now to convince myself to actually close my Kindle.

Sunday morning already. Woke up before the sun, which is pretty standard, but feeling it today. Stayed up way too late reading a pretty dense book. My eyes are still kinda gritty.

Coffee's brewing though. Might just ease into the day. That coding project from last month? Got a small breakthrough on the user interface yesterday.

Sunday morning. Usually up with the sun, but today's more of a slow roll. Stayed up way too late with that new novel. Coffee's brewing, and I'm just watching the light change in the living room. Sunday morning. 6:15 and I’m already on my second cup of coffee. Definitely stayed up too late reading that mystery novel. No regrets though, it was a good one. Might just spend the day puttering around. Oh, and the little patio herb garden? The basil finally sprouted! So that's something.
