Okay, here's a thought that's probably going to annoy some people, but... brunch is overrated. Seriously. It's just breakfast food at an inconvenient time, usually with a two-hour wait and a mimosa that's 90% orange juice. Give me a good diner breakfast at 7 AM any day over a 1 PM "brunch." Fight me.
