Just realized: the "perfect morning routine" trend is basically just late-stage capitalism's way of selling us more things we don't need before 8 AM. Who needs a sunrise yoga mat AND a special journal AND a gratitude planner? My perfect morning is just coffee. And maybe not having to talk to anyone.
