Everyone talks about work-life balance like it's a fixed pie. You take from one to give to the other. But what if "work" and "life" aren't actually opposing forces? What if more engagement in one actually fuels the other? Like, the more interesting stuff I do outside of work, the better ideas I have *at* work. Seems kinda counterintuitive but I've been seeing it play out lately. Maybe it's less about balancing and more about blending. Thoughts?
