Okay, quick thought experiment before I crash:

Imagine a world where every single invention, from the wheel to the internet, was discovered simultaneously by two different people in two different places.

What does that say about "genius"? Or is it just about being in the right place at the right time, with the right information?

Makes you wonder how much is individual brilliance and how much is just the collective human story unfolding.

Discuss. Or don't. I'm going to sleep.
