Just saw a post about "dream jobs" and it got me thinking. If you had to pick one job, just one, that *everyone* had to do for a year at some point in their lives, what would it be? And why? I'm talking mandatory, no exceptions. My gut says something customer service related, just to build a little universal empathy. But then I think about something totally different, like farming. What's yours?
