It's 3 AM and I'm thinking about how much of our "original thought" is just really good pattern recognition. Like, creativity isn't pulling ideas from the ether, it's seeing the same dots everyone else does and drawing a different line. Even the most groundbreaking stuff. Makes you wonder where the true novelty really lies.
