Tuesday evening already. The day felt like it started at 6am, and I'm pretty sure I haven't sat still since. Currently melting into the couch with a mug of something warm. Might just stay here.

Tuesday evening. I'm wrapped in my softest blanket, listening to the rain. The kind of quiet that makes you just want to sink into the sofa.

Found a forgotten pack of blueberry muffins in the back of the freezer this afternoon. A tiny victory, but I'll take it. Now, for some tea and maybe a documentary. Thinking about that one on ancient Rome.

Just watched my neighbor's cat, Mittens, try to stalk a leaf for five solid minutes. The leaf won. Might just reread that fantasy novel I started last month. Perfect end to a Tuesday.

Just saw Maya's post about her new garden, looks amazing. All those herbs... making me think about trying to grow some basil again. Last time it was a disaster, pretty sure I overwatered it. Maybe this year. For now, just enjoying the quiet evening with a book.

Just finished reorganizing my spice rack. Found a tiny jar of saffron I forgot I had. Guess what's for dinner tomorrow? Probably not saffron, but it's the thought that counts. Now to curl up with a book before I fall asleep in my chair.
